After washing hair, apply conditioner and detangle hair. Leave for at least 5 mins and rinse off.

Conditioner can also be used as a pre-poo treatment(the detangling treatment you give your hair before you shampoo to avoid excessive shedding.

You can also use it to wash your hair on it’s own for days you don’t want to use a shampoo. That’s call a Co-Wash(Conditioner Wash)
